Refund Policy

Allergy School maintains a strict fee and refund policy for all enrolled candidates.

Fee Refund Policy

Upon successful payment and enrollment in any AllergySchool course, the fee shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Voluntary withdrawal
- Failure to join the course
- Discontinuation at any stage
The fee paid is strictly non-transferable.
It cannot be:
- Assigned to another candidate
- Adjusted for any other purpose
- Credited toward any future course
In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances:
- The matter will be reviewed by the AllergySchool Governing Body
- The decision shall be final, binding, and not subject to further dispute or challenge

Candidates enrolled in AllergySchool courses are not entitled to any stipend
No financial assistance or remuneration of any kind will be provided during the course duration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim related to:
- Admission
- Enrollment
- Participation
- Completion of the course
Shall be resolved through arbitration
Arbitration Details:
- Venue (seat): New Delhi, India
- Governing law: Indian laws
- Applicable legislation: Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Language of proceedings: English
Jurisdiction:
- Subject to arbitration, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all related matters
