1) Fee Refund Policy
Once the admission is confirmed and the course fee has been paid, no refund of any part of the fee shall be made under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Withdrawal by the participant after enrollment
- Inability to attend one or more sessions
- Personal or professional commitments
- Medical reasons
- Visa rejection (for international participants)
- Failure to complete the course
- Failure to appear in or clear the examination
- Disciplinary action or termination from the course
The course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any future course, session, or another candidate.
In exceptional circumstances beyond institutional control (force majeure), the decision of the Course Governing Body shall be final and binding on all participants.
2) Examination and Course Completion Policy
Participants are expected to complete all academic requirements and appear for the final assessment within the designated course duration.
If a Participants :
- Is unable to complete the course requirements, or
- Is unable to appear for the final examination, or
- Fails to clear the final examination
Then :
One additional opportunity will be provided in the immediately subsequent course session
- INR 10,000 for Indian participants
- USD 160 for international participants
If unsuccessful even after the additional attempt :
- Enrollment shall be considered terminated
- The participant shall not be permitted to continue in the same batch
However :
- The participant may apply again as a fresh candidate in future sessions
No refund shall be applicable.
3) Attendance Requirement Policy
Regular participation in all academic activities is essential.
- A minimum of 80% attendance in scheduled virtual academic sessions is mandatory
Mandatory Requirement :
- 100% attendance is compulsory for the PCS (Personal Contact Sessions) and Exit Examination to successfully complete the course
Failure to comply may result in:
- Ineligibility for examination
- Requirement to repeat components with additional fees
The decision of the Course Governing Body shall be final.
4) Clinical Responsibility and Scope of Training
This course is an academic training program designed to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
The institution, faculty, and organizers :
- Do not assume responsibility for clinical decisions made by participants
- Shall not be liable for patient outcomes or complications
Participants are responsible for :
- Practicing within legal and professional limits
- Ensuring patient safety and informed consent
- Maintaining appropriate clinical standards
5) Indemnity Clause
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allergy School, ISAAS, CFAAR, faculty, and affiliated bodies from any claims arising from :
- Clinical practice
- Allergen immunotherapy administration
- Patient management decisions
- Patient management decisions
- Use or misuse of course knowledge
This clause applies during and after course completion.
6) Intellectual Property
All course content is the intellectual property of Allergy School and faculty.
Participants shall not :
- Record sessions without permission
- Share or distribute materials
- Upload content publicly
- Provide access to unauthorized individuals
Violation may result in :
- Disciplinary action
- Termination
- Legal consequences
7) Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
- Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion
- If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
- Venue : New Delhi, India
- Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction
8) Disclaimer
- This course is not approved by National Medical Council (NMC), India.
- The course is solely intended to enhance learning, skills, and clinical approach in the field of Allergy & Applied Immunology
